Monkey D. Luffy OP13-118 SEC Full Art Carrying on His Will Japanese ONE PIECE Card

Monkey D. Luffy OP13-118 SEC Full Art from OP13 Carrying on His Will is a Japanese Secret Rare character card featuring Monkey D. Luffy in a premium Full Art treatment. This is the Alternate Art version of OP13-118—not the standard SEC—and PSA separately recognizes this Japanese printing as “Alternate Art.”  Card OP13-118 is a Secret Rare (SEC) Green Character with 6 cost, 7000 power, Strike attribute, and Double Attack, allowing its attacks to deal 2 damage to an opponent's Life. Its On Play effect becomes especially powerful with a multicolored Leader, allowing you to set up to 4 DON!! cards as active, after which you cannot play Character cards with a base cost of 5 or more during that turn.  The special Full Art version provides significantly greater visual appeal than the regular printing and should also be distinguished from the much rarer Manga Alternate Art version of the same OP13-118 card number.  With its SEC rarity, Full Art presentation, iconic Luffy artwork, and Carrying on His Will origin, this card is an excellent choice for premium binders, Monkey D. Luffy collections, Japanese Full Art collections, and OP13 set completion.
