At Poketcg, we want every trainer to be happy with their purchase! Please read our policy below before placing an order:

🃏 Graded Pokémon Cards

  • All graded cards are final sale due to their collectible and sealed nature.

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrives damaged.

  • Please review product images and grading details carefully before purchase.

🎁 Sealed Booster Packs & Boxes

  • To maintain authenticity, sealed booster packs/boxes cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

  • If you receive the wrong item or a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll resolve the issue.

👕 Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories & Gifts)

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

  • All Pokémon card pulls from sealed products are based on chance; refunds cannot be given for “unlucky pulls.”

Contact Us

  • 1. Enter your cards in the Buy-list tool

    You can see what we would offer for your card on the spot and add it to the buy-list. We will review your submitted buy-list and approve, decline or suggest modifications.

  • 2. Ship or Drop off your cards

    Package your cards carefully and send them or drop them off at our main location. Cards are carefully examined and verified with your buy-list. 

  • 3. Receive cash or store credit

    Once everything is good to go, we will proceed with payment - note that we always issue more in store credit than in cash.
