  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, special releases, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

🔹 Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options at checkout.

  • All graded cards and booster packs are shipped in protective packaging (top loaders, bubble wrap, or boxes) to ensure maximum safety.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

🔹 Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country])

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

🔹 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

🔹 Order Issues & Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

🔹 Packaging Guarantee

  • Graded Cards: Shipped in tamper-proof sleeves, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes.

  • Booster Packs & Boxes: Shipped in sealed protective packaging to prevent bending or damage.

  • Merchandise: Packed securely depending on product type.

🔹 Missing / Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local postal service first.

  • For insured shipments, we will help file a claim with the courier.

Contact Us

  • 1. Enter your cards in the Buy-list tool

    You can see what we would offer for your card on the spot and add it to the buy-list. We will review your submitted buy-list and approve, decline or suggest modifications.

  • 2. Ship or Drop off your cards

    Package your cards carefully and send them or drop them off at our main location. Cards are carefully examined and verified with your buy-list. 

  • 3. Receive cash or store credit

    Once everything is good to go, we will proceed with payment - note that we always issue more in store credit than in cash.
