Welcome to Poketcg! By accessing or purchasing from our website/store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • Poketcg offers Pokémon graded cards, booster packs, and related merchandise.

  • All products are sold as described, and images provided are for reference only.

  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental/guardian permission to purchase.

2. Products & Authenticity

  • We guarantee that all graded cards are authentic and come from trusted grading companies (e.g., PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.).

  • Booster packs and merchandise are factory-sealed or clearly stated if otherwise.

  • Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, pull rates and card contents are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD].

  • We accept secure payment methods via [list payment processors, e.g., PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, etc.].

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within [X business days].

  • Shipping times vary based on location and courier service.

  • Poketcg is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

    • Items damaged in transit (with proof of damage).

    • Incorrect items sent.

  • Graded cards and sealed booster packs cannot be returned if opened or tampered with.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the order has already shipped.

7. Liability

  • Poketcg is not responsible for fluctuations in market value of cards after purchase.

  • We do not guarantee card grades beyond what is certified by the grading companies.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Pokémon and all related names, images, and brands are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company International.

  • Poketcg is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our site and services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

How the process works?

  • 1. Enter your cards in the Buy-list tool

    You can see what we would offer for your card on the spot and add it to the buy-list. We will review your submitted buy-list and approve, decline or suggest modifications.

  • 2. Ship or Drop off your cards

    Package your cards carefully and send them or drop them off at our main location. Cards are carefully examined and verified with your buy-list. 

  • 3. Receive cash or store credit

    Once everything is good to go, we will proceed with payment - note that we always issue more in store credit than in cash.
