1. Are the Pokémon cards you sell authentic?

Yes! At PokeTCG.in, we only sell 100% authentic Pokémon Trading Cards. We source directly from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers.

2. Do you sell graded cards?

Yes, we offer PSA, BGS, and CGC graded Pokémon cards. Each graded card is certified, genuine, and comes in a tamper-proof case.

3. What types of products do you sell?

We carry a wide variety of Pokémon TCG products, including:

  • Booster Boxes (English & Japanese)

  • Booster Packs

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Graded Cards

  • Figurines & Collectibles

  • TCG Supplies (sleeves, binders, top loaders, etc.)

4. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship to all locations across India using trusted courier partners.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to courier delays.)

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through secure payment gateways.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid to ensure smooth processing and shipping.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for details.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. You can track it directly through the courier partner’s website.

10. Do you sell custom or proxy Pokémon cards?

No. We only sell authentic, original Pokémon cards. Custom/fake/proxy cards are not part of our inventory.
