At PokeTCG.in, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Every order is packed with care, and all our Pokémon cards and products are 100% authentic.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened booster packs, boxes, or singles (since they are collectible items).

• Graded cards and sealed products once opened.

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer handling.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 48 hours.
